Navy recovers 04 kilograms of Gelignite & 360 detonators

Naval personnel attached to SLNS Vijayaba of the Eastern Naval Command on information received recovered 30 Gelignite sticks weighting 04 kilograms and 360 non-electrical detonators in the general area of Iluppukulam in Nilaweli on 23^rd May 2014.

The arrested items were handed over to Uppuweli police for further investigations.
