Naval troops assist to apprehend hidden Palu timber
 
 

Naval troops attached to SLNS Barana of the North Western Naval Command assisted the Wildlife Department officers to recover 24 Palu timber beams (2” x 4”), which had been hidden in an abandoned house in Marichchakatti, on 15^th September 2014.

The apprehended timber was retained at the Wildlife Department Office in Wilpattu for further investigations.
