Navy arrests two persons with 1.5 kilograms of "Kerala Ganja"

Naval personnel attached to SLNS Vijaya of the North Western Naval Command on information received arrested two persons with 1.5 kilograms of cannabis (Kerala Ganja) in the general area of Nawakkadu on 13^th October 2014. The arrest was made while the cannabis was being transferred from Kuliyapitiya to Kalpitiya.

The arrested persons with the items were handed over to Kalpitiya Police for further investigations.
