Naval troops arrest 03 Persons with an alive Turtle
 

Naval personnel attached to SLNS Pussadewa of the North Central Naval Command on information received arrested three persons with an alive turtle (approx 30 kgs) in the general area of Vankalai beach on 23^rd January 2015.

The arrested persons were handed over to the Mannar Police for legal action and the turtle was released to the sea.
