Navy arrests a person with 3.5 kilograms of gelignite

Naval troops attached to SLNS Vijayaba of the Eastern Naval Command with the coordination of Nilaweli Police on information received arrested a person whilst transferring 25 sticks of gelignite weighing 3.5 kilograms in the general area of Addukkupar in Trincomalee on 16^th June 2015.

The arrested person with the gelignite sticks were taken into custody of Nilaweli police for further investigations.
