The annual sports meet of the naval preschool located at SLNS Gemunu was held on a colourful note under the directives of the President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU) Mrs. Sandya Ranasinghe at the preschool premises on 29 March 2018.

Joining the world community in celebrating the International Women's Day, a special programme was organized by the members of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU) at the Admiral Somathilake Dissanayake Auditorium of SLNS Parakrama, Colombo on 08 March 2018.

A function to bid farewell to several senior members of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU) was held under the patronage of the NSVU President, Mrs. Sandya Ranasinghe at the Naval Headquarters on 26 February.

The honourable President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Sandhya Ranasinghe laid the foundation stone for the construction of new Seva Vanitha Welfare Shop for SLNS Shilpa, Thalathuoya on last 23rd February, at the base premises.

A special consultant clinic was held for the benefit of naval personnel and their family members at the Navy General Hospital Colombo yesterday (11 January).

New admission of kids for the year 2018, to the Naval Pre Schools which are managed by the Seva Vanitha Unit of the Sri Lanka Navy was ceremonially conducted on last 10th January.
