Sri Lanka Navy cyclists won third places in both men’s and women’s events in the Yakkala Cycling Tournament 2024. The tournament was held on 06th April 2024, covering the Yakkala area.

In a thrilling T-20 practice match held at the Navy Cricket Ground, Welisara on 08th April 2024, the Sri Lanka Navy team emerged victorious over the Malaysian national team. The encounter was a practice match of the Malaysian national team ahead of the Asian Cricket Council Premier Cup T-20.

The 39th Junior, Intermediate, and Senior National Rowing Championship 2024 was held at Diyawanna waters from 03rd to 06th April 2024. At the event, Navy athletes secured second place in both the men's and women's categories, and also clinched the men's intermediate championship.

The Inter Command Handball Tournament was held from 03rd to 06th April 2024 at the sports ground of SLNS Pandukabhaya. In an exciting showcase of talent and physical prowess, the Training Command triumphed in the tournament, claiming the men's championship, while the Western Naval Command secured the women's title.

Navy bodybuilders showcased exceptional performance, garnering admiration and recognition in the 75th Mr. Sri Lanka – 2024 held at the Nawaloka Ground, Colombo on 05th April 2023.

Navy golfer Chalitha Pushpika won the SLG Golf National Ranking Tournament held at Royal Colombo Golf Club – Borella from 25th to 28th March 2024.

Sri Lanka Navy riders showcased their prowess in Vijayabahu Motorcross 2024 which was organized by the Sri Lanka Association of Racing Drivers and Riders (SLARDAR) and Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment on 31st March 2024 at the Army motor racing track in Boyagane, Kurunegala.

The Inter Command Boxing Championship 2024 was held from 26th and 30th March in Welisara. Both men's and women's titles of the tournament were clinched by the Training Command.

The final of Navy Inter Command Cricket Tournament 2024 was held at the Welisara Navy Cricket Ground on 28th March 2024. Director General Electrical and Electronic, Rear Admiral Viraj Leelarathna graced the final of the tournament, as the Chief Guest. In the final encounter, the Western Naval Command was crowned as the champions of the Inter-Command Cricket Tournament 2024.

Showcasing exceptional marksmanship skills, the Navy recorded a number of achievements at the 08th Open Shooting Championship Rifle / Pistol 2024 held at the Small-Bore Firing Range Complex of Welisara from 16th to 22nd March 2024.
