Naval craft on routine patrol attached to the Eastern Naval Command arrested 17 persons with 03 Fiber Glass Dinghies (FGDs) on the suspicion of their engagement in illegal fishing in the seas off Koneshwaram in Trincomalee on 14th August 2015.
